- Effectively & timely lead team into generating the planned sales target on an " Initial Screening Basic" and channeling same to the relevant SME division head.
- Coordinate with the relevant division head to identify market opportunities and conduct initial market screening, and capture potential SME clients aiming to enhance the business growth and profitability, targeting a growing market share and a healthy portfolio.
- To ensure growth in the balance sheet while ensuring service delivery to these clients the interaction with other departments
- To proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow SME Business presence in the identified target segments
- To maintain close contact and relationship with the clients in a way, which ensures that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet Increase the SME overall brand awareness levels and leadership of Mashreq
- Check diligently and technically the outcome/output of the preparing level.
- Complete knowledge and clear understanding of the Banking policy and operating systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to perform as a team player.
- Strong communication skills and leadership sound.
- MBA is preferred with minimum experience of 5 - 6 years in managerial levels.
