Role:
The prominent role of the "Digital Marketing Specialist" is executing the regional digital marketing
strategy, the plan, and implementation of the digital marketing techniques, tactics, and activities for
business lines in assigned regional markets. The regional Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely
with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that digital marketing activity supports the overall
revenue growth targets for the region's business. This position assists in maintaining our social media
presence across all digital channels, measuring, analyzing, and acting on the performance of
strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase revenue through sponsored online advertising
• Write unique and tailored content for our web page and landing pages, Advertisements, Post
Captions, and Landing Pages for the target audience
• Constantly check the business and market trends, related search terms, rankings, and analytics
to monitor the performance of the business and make recommendations for improvement
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand the performance of the digital marketing
activities in the region
• Efficiently communicate with other Digital Marketing Specialist in the team to align goals
• Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into
more active users and to help improve website performance
• Support the digital marketing plan and the road map for the region on each platform.
• Create retargeting campaigns to retarget users who have become dormant within the app and
those who interacted with ads
• Increase the regional user acquisitions
• Cross-sell business lines whit a retargeting plan to promote to the users who are using other
business lines
• Lead, take responsibility, and own the regional digital marketing needs
• Create retargeting campaigns to retarget users who have become dormant within the app and

• The ability to create retargeting campaigns, to increase segment retention rates
• Increase the regional user acquisitions
• Optimize the marketing funnel that demonstrates higher acquisition rates month on month
