Job Description
Pre-Opening:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to position the hotel in the market ahead of launch.
- Build and lead the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with Ennismore’s brand values and service standards.
- Identify and secure key business partnerships and accounts across target segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to drive awareness and anticipation pre-opening.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine pricing and positioning strategies.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and targets for all market segments (corporate, leisure, groups, events).
- Manage client relationships, negotiations, and contracts to maximize revenue.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
- Lead the sales team through coaching, performance tracking, and strategic guidance.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Oversee brand positioning and marketing strategy aligned with Ennismore’s lifestyle and experience-driven approach.
- Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on-property channels.
- Build partnerships with media, influencers, and local stakeholders to elevate brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, adjusting tactics as needed for ROI.
Brand & Strategy:
- Champion the hotel’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all commercial touchpoints.
- Collaborate with operations, revenue management, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive storytelling and guest engagement strategies that reflect the lifestyle concept and brand DNA.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regular reports for corporate and ownership stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and corporate policies.
- Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales & marketing, including pre-opening experience.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and brand building.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
