What You will Do:
- Manage bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and campaigns) in partnership with Local Commercial team and Franchise Leadership.
- Work closely with regional category teams and provide market input to ensure multi-country brand programs, innovation projects and the overall brand strategy meet local needs.
- Input into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and identify region specific engagement opportunities
- Actively work on regional market development to ensure the right implementation of projects.
- Work with local marketing activations team to manage brand activation & Integration at the local level, including Point of Sales activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlers
- Lead transcreation, localization and real-time amplification of campaigns within the region, working directly with agencies partners across ATL & BTL.
- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Role Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (8-10 years)
- Experience working with external partners (i.e. distributors, bottlers and customers) is preferred
- Experience working in cross-functional incl. key account teams and cross-geographical teams.
- Direct experience with marketing activation
- Business, commercial, and financial acumen
