Role Overview
We are seeking a Disposition Manager to join our team and help manage the transaction pipeline from signed contracts to closed deals. You will work directly with our CEO and our Dispositions Lead, the Transaction Coordinator Manager, and our Acquisitions Managers.
This is a remote, full-time position for a sharp, organized, and sales-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Critical Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Qualify)
- Fluent English with a near-native American accent
- This role involves direct communication with U.S. buyers, sellers, and realtors. If your spoken English is not fluent and confident with an American-style accent, please do not continue. We’ve learned from experience that this leads to a mismatch.
- Hands-on U.S. Real Estate Experience (Wholesaling)
- You must have prior experience in dispositions, acquisitions, or real estate marketing within the U.S. off-market single-family home (SFH) space.
- Direct experience with REsimpli and/or PropStream is required. If you haven’t used these tools, this role is not the right fit.
- Technical Abilities
- Comfort with code, systems, automations, integrations, and AI tools.
- We will evaluate this through a home assignment during the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- New Deal Handoff
- Review each new contract from the acquisitions team and confirm all property details (beds/baths, condition, HVAC, roof, plumbing, HOA, taxes, permits, etc.).
- Add key deadlines (due diligence, access dates, closing dates) to the shared calendar.
- Marketing New Deals
- Send professional email campaigns via Mailchimp/REsimpli.
- SMS blast investor lists and follow up with inbound inquiries.
- Organize photos and post listings across 40+ Facebook groups.
- Buyer Outreach
- Call, text, and email VIP buyers with new deals.
- Maintain and update buyer status sheets in Google Drive.
- Contact realtors with active/sold listings nearby to promote deals and offer commissions.
- Skip trace and contact potential buyers (cash/LLC buyers, agents) via PropStream and SmarterContact.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Track all showings, offers, and communications inside REsimpli.
- Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator for smooth closings.
- Maintain accurate records for marketing and sales attribution.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English with near-native American accent (non-negotiable).
- Prior U.S. real estate experience in wholesaling or dispositions.
- Proficiency with REsimpli and PropStream (must-have).
- Sales background: confident on calls, persuasive, relationship builder.
- Tech-oriented: able to work with complex systems, automation, and AI tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Bonus: Background in Computer Science, Programming, or Data Analysis.
Compensation
- Hourly pay (competitive, based on experience).
- Performance bonus: Transaction fees/commissions on every deal you close. (20~ deals per month)
- Growth opportunities within the company as we scale to new markets.

Pay: E£194.00 - E£290.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
