Job Summary:
As a Manager Trainee ,you will undergo a structured training program to develop the skills and knowledge needed to lead a restaurant team and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational excellence. This role prepares you for future leadership positions within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
•Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all areas of restaurant operations
•Supervise and support crew members in day-to-day tasks
•Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
•Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
•Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management
•Help manage labor costs, productivity, and scheduling
•Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
•Support team motivation, morale, and adherence to McDonald’s values
•Learn and apply company policies and procedures
•Contribute to achieving sales goals and operational targets

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus
•Previous experience in a customer service or foodservice environment preferred
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Leadership potential with a hands-on approach
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
