- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans (both digital and traditional) aligned with the company’s goals and budget.
- Manage and create engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels) to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads), with a focus on targeting the right audience segments (A-B class) and maximizing ROI.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to keep the company ahead.
- Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content (if applicable).
- Build and expand a network of potential clients and strategic partners within the finishing and interior design industry.
- Assist in organizing events or exhibitions in which the company participates (when feasible within the allocated budget).
- Coordinate closely with the interior designer and site engineer to ensure consistent marketing messaging and visually appealing project showcases.
- Efficiently manage the allocated marketing budget to ensure cost-effective implementation of all activities.
- Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback or inquiries promptly to enhance the company’s image.
- Suggest and implement loyalty and referral marketing initiatives to retain customers and encourage word-of-mouth promotion.
