We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Executive with a proven track record of managing and optimizing product listings and sales across major online marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual who can strategically drive online sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure an exceptional customer experience on these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management:
- Oversee and manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory across Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, Namshi Partner Portal, Trendyol Seller Panel, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all product content (titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, videos, keywords) is optimized for SEO and conversion on each specific marketplace.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer reviews, Buy Box ownership, return rates) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively identify and resolve listing errors, suppressions, policy violations, and other marketplace-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace algorithm changes, policies, and best practices to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
- Sales & Promotion Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, discounts, bundles), and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, sponsored ads) tailored to each marketplace.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Forecast sales, track profitability, and manage budgets for marketplace activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, product development) to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
- Inventory & Order Management:
- Maintain accurate and synchronized inventory levels across all platforms to prevent out-of-stock situations and overselling.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage exceptions (delays, failed deliveries, returns, refunds).
- Monitor and manage return-to-stock processes and damaged goods.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management:
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings on all platforms and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers and support teams for escalated issues, new features, and campaign opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, sales, profitability, and key KPIs.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving revenue targets.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Analytics, marketplace-specific dashboards) to track and analyze performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- [1+] years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, with significant experience managing product listings and sales on:
- Amazon (Seller Central)
- Noon (Seller Lab)
- Namshi (Partner Portal)
- Trendyol (Seller Panel)
- Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets on multiple marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including product information management (PIM) systems, order management systems (OMS), and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Knowledge of regional market nuances and consumer behavior in the MENA and/or Turkish markets.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for content formatting.
- Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce
