Job title: “Engineering Planning Manager”
Job Description/what is expected from the role:
The Engineering Planning Manager will be leading project planning for multiple projects in the regions. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven planning engineer for the job.
In this role, the person will be responsible to create and maintain AMET projects’ timelines. Regularly gather stakeholder input, update timelines, and share weekly progress with leadership team.
Qualification Required:
- Engineering background, Bachelor's degree in Construction/civil/architecture.
- Proven proficiency is using Primavera and MS Project software.
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- Proven experience in construction field. And proven experience of creating and maintain projects timeline E2E (Including and not limited to: Timeline development with multiple stakeholders, project crashing, project resources allocation, Critical Path Analysis, Project updating.etc)
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- Certified PMP/ Prince2 is preferred.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
- Master’s degree in construction engineering or construction management is a plus.
- Experience in planning projects, specifically large scale and warehousing projects is needed.
Level of experience:
- 5 – 6 Years of Planning experience in Construction Field
Expected Delivery:
Creating and maintaining multiple projects timelines.

- Primavera, Asana, MS Project
