Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a eRetail & FSA Lead who will be responsible for driving growth, visibility, and performance across eRetail platforms and FSA channels.
The role includes developing channel strategies, managing partnerships, optimizing digital shelf presence, and leading commercial activations to deliver KPIs such as availability, share of visibility, and conversion.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual eRetail & FSA channel strategy in alignment with brand and commercial priorities.
- Identify channel opportunities to grow market share and reach digital-first consumers.
- Set clear KPIs for sell-in, sell-out, visibility, and engagement.
2. Channel Management & Growth
- Manage key relationships with eRetailers and FSA and follow-up on other sub-channel eWHS, eQSR and B&C.
- Collaborate with platform account managers to optimize listings, content, search placement, and promotions.
- Drive new business development within emerging digital and aggregator platforms.
3. Digital Trade & Execution
- Ensure digital excellence on all platforms: perfect product content, availability, pricing compliance, and user experience.
- Plan and execute digital trade campaigns (bundles, couponing) to drive conversions.
- Coordinate sampling, partnerships, and targeted communication with aggregators to onboard and engage new consumers.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor channel performance: sales, traffic, conversion rates, share of digital shelf, and ROI of activations.
- Work closely with insights and digital teams to extract actionable recommendations.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports with performance review and future plans.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure execution readiness and consistent messaging.
- Partner with finance to monitor channel investments and ensure profitability.
ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 4–6 years in commercial, trade, or eCommerce roles.
- Strong experience managing eRetail or FSA platforms.
- Background in FMCG, consumer electronics, tobacco or food delivery preferred.
Skills:
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of digital retail environments and aggregators.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, and eRetail dashboards.

- Channel revenue growth

- Sell-out uplift from campaigns
- Consumer acquisition via FSAs
