Our event car & Third-Party specialist builds the local face of Red Bull in their field in the most relevant way and in line with the global and national strategies and priorities encompassing local needs and specificities in selected pillars of the marketing mix. They understand the Red Bull target group and their job is to plan, implement and follow up on the use of our Red Bull Event Car, a core marketing asset in our grassroots, field marketing initiatives. They work hand in hand with the Field marketing Team and are the direct link to existing and potential consumers as well as Third Party entities. Thanks to their network within the region, they always know exactly where to find the right target group and how to inspire them. They use the opportunity of the Red Bull event car to create emotions, memories and an unforgettable brand experience. Responsibilities entail planning and executing the schedule for the Event Vehicle across titled events, Third Party Events & Local Initiatives and “surprise & delight” consumer moments. The event car & third-party specialist is the face of the brand with strong external impact, who is not only responsible for the maintenance of the vehicle and the execution of the surrounding program but above all bringing in new ideas regarding the Red Bull event cars in terms of usage, new features, activities and events. Also, he brings new ideas in the mean of supporting third party events in a smart, ownable & impactful way.

Job Description

Event car expert

Responsible for the perfect condition of the Red Bull Event Car and the installed technical equipment. Responsible for keeping the vehicle in top operational condition under all terms of safety and efficiency, assuring 100 % reliability, no breakdowns of the vehicle and a perfect brand appearance.

Expert for the vehicle and know everything about its equipment, options, special features and how to fix minor errors or defects in case of doubt.

At events, ensuring that the vehicle is optimally positioned, take care of setting up and dismantling the equipment. Network with DJs or MCs is desirable, but not essential.

The first point of contact for organizers at Third Party events and also responsible for the further brand presence at the event.

Hit the road as much as they can, detecting every opportunity in their region, finding locations and occasions where to bring the Red Bull event car.

Create opportunities, bringing in new ideas and expanding the event car program in their region. Plan ahead important activities but at the same time be able to perform spontaneous activities where the consumers and the locals are.

Drivers of Innovation through setting up a fitting network for a very high flexibility in usage of the Red Bull event car and for new and fresh project ideas.

Implement a regional marketing around the event vehicle.

Have a strong network in key playgrounds across both Sport and Culture within the region to leverage for EV programming.

 

Premium Appeal of Local Pride in Third-Party projects

Support key events, scenes and marketing opportunities in line with Red Bull brand values and relevant to the local consumer and media landscape, with a focus on participation.

Identify local heroes in relevant Red Bull scenes and work together with the FMM to bring them to the world of Red Bull.

Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every single initiative and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital & social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.

 

Bring Local Face to a Global Brand

Fully immersed in the brand personality and company values and represent the brand in a first-class manner through daily interaction with consumers and partners.

Well-informed about Red Bull products, the brand and nationally relevant Red Bull projects.

Participate in Red Bull events and Third-Party Events & smartly integrate the brand through the planned support.

Build a strong network and establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Implement ‘wow’ locally relevant projects and activate/implement global and national athletes and activities.

Help with the execution of appealing and local consumer relevant sport projects.

 

Marketing Innovation

Support the FMM in executing new ideas that are locally relevant complementing the activation of global and national initiatives.

Support cross-marketing opportunities that fit the needs of the region.

 

Driving Efficiencies

Constantly identify cost saving opportunities and other efficiencies for the company in the region.

Coordinate with agencies and specialized companies when outsourcing event logistics.

Share best practices with national counterparts, ultimately feeding the Hub library.

Perform excellent work, reliable, punctual and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

Plan and report the activities & initiatives done promptly and in detail

Activate and support global & national athletes while identifying & supporting local talent and heroes, driving can in hand outcome.

Leverage the Event Vehicle program in the right way to excite & surprise consumers.

Participate in the further development of the Event Car program by providing regional insights and informing about trends and opportunities.

 

Strong Planning:

Strategic planning of Red Bull event car scheduling, in particular organizing and managing the calendar.

Strategic planning of a huge variety of events (it is fundamental the Red Bull event cars don’t go to the same places and don’t support only the same people/scenes/ activities over and over again).

Activate national and international best practices in & around universities encompassing the core program objectives.

Qualifications

Enthusiasm for the brand and product Red Bull.

Communication skills and charismatic, dynamic and open personality.

High degree of professionalism combined with a strong sense of responsibility.

High interest in gaining and applying new knowledge, especially in the areas of marketing and event management.

Technical affinity for automotive and event technology.

Background in negotiation, partnerships & budget management.

Strong written, presentation and verbal skills with an attention to detail.

Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills, solutions based.

Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Comfortable with substantial amount of road travel.

Ability to come up with creative ideas and projects related to the event vehicle.

Strong ‘can do’ attitude, strives for perfection and love for the detail in every project.

Leadership, motivation and ability to cultivate a team environment.

Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.

Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
