Job Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for the General Manager.
  • Organize General Manager business travels (getting approval, bookings and settle expenses).
  • Book appointments, organizes schedules and arranges meetings for the General Manager.
  • Review all documents submitted for signature to the General Manager vs SOP.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and executive support tasks which include highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Share any communication on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Organize regular business meetings and take minutes of meetings
  • Support suppliers/vendors in their inquiries.
  • Handle office expenses.
  • Responsible for the registration process of any new vendor as per office needs.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Handle Purchase orders on the system as per office needs.
  • Responsible for office renovations.
  • Responsible for required company events (Annual Conference, visits, Team Buildings …).
  • Cooperate with the shared services team (HR, Fleet, Facilities and Finance) as per office needs.
  • Maintain budgets for office operations, and handle invoice processing.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Selection Criteria:
  • Bachelors degree of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Maximum of 3 years of working experience in the same field
  • Excellent English and Arabic Communication skills both written and vocal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent use of Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
