Bonyan Academy provides exceptional Arabic and Quran teaching services to students worldwide. Our expert teachers create engaging and insightful learning experiences. We are hiring two Female Customer Support Specialists to join our team and support our international students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and billing support to customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Create, manage, and resolve customer tickets using our CRM system.
- Follow and help improve customer success processes.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our Language Solutions.
- Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- 1+ year of experience in international customer service (call center preferred).
- Fluent English (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Working Hours & Conditions:
- Full-time (9 hours per day).
- 1 day off per week (flexible based on schedule).
- Final working hours will be determined after the interview (candidates must be flexible).
