A leading financial institution is seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to manage their financial operations and ensure robust financial practices across the organization. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, working closely with department heads to provide clear financial insights for strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong expertise in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Manage cash flow, capital investment, and funding strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits
• Present financial analysis and insights to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role
