Role Purpose

Manage day-to-day operations with external vendors/suppliers and public service providers (e.g., electricity, water, gas, real estate authorities, and administrative bodies), ensuring smooth service continuity and operational alignment with Vodafone’s strategic direction toward full digital transformation and sustainable operations.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership


  • Handle all external interactions with utility providers and service vendors (electricity, water, gas, building management, etc.).
  • Oversee the follow-up and processing of invoices, payments, approvals, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Real Estate, Operations) to ensure proper alignment and documentation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality, service level, and timeline expectations.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by introducing smart solutions for tracking, payments, and vendor management.
  • Contribute to setting structured processes for managing all related government and operational interactions.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience


  • 4+ years of experience the same area or any relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both government and private sector entities.
  • Solid understanding of public utility services and administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • A mindset aligned with digital transformation and process automation.
  • Prior experience with public sector entities or utilities is a plus.
