Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administration Section Head with a proven track record in managing and overseeing administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the administration department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee office management, including facilities, supplies, and logistics.
- Coordinate and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position as Administration Section Head.
- Strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices.
- Preferred previous experience in the travel industry.
