- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, directing them to the appropriate resources as needed
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation such as contracts and promotions
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Support performance management processes and HR projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of HR experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
