What is this role?
As a recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role requires effective communication, sourcing, and evaluation of candidates to ensure that the organization attracts and hires high-quality talent that aligns with the company’s values and objectives.
Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.) to source candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Assist with HR operations.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interview and assessment capabilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
