Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the retail industry to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role requires a confident leader who can manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management across our retail and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and training.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s retail operations and business goals.
- Manage and support store-level HR needs across multiple locations.
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the retail industry (fashion retail preferred).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor law, and industry-specific compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
