The Hotel is 10 minutes away from the “new” Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just 10 kilometres away from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travellers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge . We are currently looking for a Chef De Cuisine to join our amazing team.
Your Day to Day:
- Assist in the recruitment procedures.
- Collect data from HODs & Departmental Trainers for the hotel's talents survey.
- Performs colleagues’ related services and functions by answering employee requests and queries such as: HR Letters.
- Adopt IHG's Winning Ways and apply them on the hotel's colleagues.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Participate in Different CSR activities such as giving for good month.
- Assist in ensuring the right application of any related HR Brand Standards to comply 100% achievement of target.
- Ensure compliance with the HR Audit.
- Assist in administering the Governmental Relations with the concerned officials.
- Assist the HR operations in any other assignment that can be delegated.
- Assist in maintaining the proper performance Management Cycle.
- Assist in updating the policies and procedures of the HR department.
- Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluency in English,
- Creative and having the ability to think out of the box,
- Positive, Emotional Intelligence & Self Confidence.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent Organization skills, and Strong Oral & Written Communication skills.
