Define, launch, and develop offers, making them more attractive and differentiating, depending on the targeted customer segments (from startups in France to multinational companies abroad), and in compliance with the legal/regulatory framework.
Define the Business Plan for the offer, built jointly with the Sales channels, and modeled with the help of Finance Dept.
Business leader of the launch of offers according to Orange Business Time-To-Market or SAFemethodology, aligned with the resources of the different entities involved: Project Manager, Operational Marketing, Communication, Technical and IS Management, Sales and Services Customers, Legal, Management Control.
Manage the execution of offers according to the Business Plan, analyze the results (revenues, profitability, usages, qualitative feedback from customers and resellers, etc.), and implement action plans jointly with channels and partners to promote sales as well as the increase in value.
Ensure the consistency of the marketing promise and guarantee the customer experience in all its ways (digital channels and regions) and in all its forms of communication.
Co-build the IoT connectivity Communication Plan with the regions and sales channels, contribute to the content of lead generation campaigns on IoT aspects. You validate the communications made to customers about your offers, consistent with our qualitative ambition of the Strategic Plan.
