CCDS is on the lookout for an experienced Enterprise IT & Cyber Security Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our enterprise-level clients across the region. Your primary focus will be on delivering cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity solutions that empower organizations to safeguard their critical information and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities in IT and cyber security.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
- Analyze client needs and offer customized IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
- Conduct market analysis to understand emerging trends and customer demands.
- Deliver sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring a win-win approach for both the client and CCDS.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or account management, specifically in IT and cybersecurity.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of closing complex sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs.
