About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our fast-growing SaaS company and play a critical role in expanding our footprint across the GCC market. This position focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads across the GCC region using online tools, databases, and market intelligence.
- Execute outbound outreach strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) to connect with key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.
- Nurture relationships with prospects through personalized communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for leads and conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (preferably in SaaS/Tech).
- Knowledge of GCC markets and business culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated.
