Position: Marketing Manager
Duties:
· Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
· Plan and manage integrated campaigns to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support product launches
· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness
· Lead and mentor a marketing team including content creators, designers, media buyers, and moderators
· Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
· Supervise all digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Review and optimize ad performance, website traffic, and lead generation funnels
· Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visuals across platforms
· Oversee the creation of high-quality content (posts, blogs, videos, case studies, landing pages) tailored to the tech/software audience
· Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all marketing materials
· Approve content calendars and campaign briefs
· Launch and monitor product marketing, event marketing, or seasonal promotions
· Run email campaigns, product webinars, and nurture sequences to convert leads into clients
· Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
· Create weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, website traffic, and ROI
· Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively
· Track spending and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and goal-driven
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
· Master’s degree or MBA is a plus (especially with a focus on tech or digital marketing)
· 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the software/tech/SaaS industry
· Proven track record of running successful B2B marketing campaigns (lead generation, brand building, or product launches)
· Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams or working closely with product/sales teams
· Proficiency in marketing tools like: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, or similar tools, Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
· Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media strategy, and conversion funnels
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Strategic thinker with a results-driven and analytical mindset
· A passion for technology and staying up to date with software marketing trends
