About the Role:
As a Merchants Partnership Manager at Money Fellows, you will be instrumental in developing, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships with merchants across various sectors. Your goal will be to create mutually beneficial relationships that drive transaction volume and increase customer engagement with our products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify potential merchant partners and evaluate their alignment with Money Fellows’ business objectives and customer base.
- Lead negotiations and establish partnership agreements that optimize revenue opportunities for both Money Fellows and the merchant.
- Develop and implement partner marketing strategies to enhance visibility and promote consumer engagement with partnered merchants.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with key merchants, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty through exceptional support and communication.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of goals and maximize partnership effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions for merchant partners on Money Fellows’ products and services, ensuring they’re equipped to provide top-notch service to shared customers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies that may impact merchant partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management within the fintech or payment services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully building and managing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
