Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
Design and implement omnichannel engagement strategies ensuring seamless customer experiences across digital and traditional channels.Customer Journey Mapping
Analyze and optimize customer journeys by identifying touchpoints and ensuring consistent messaging and experience across all platforms (e.g., email, social media, in-store, mobile apps).Data-Driven Personalization
Leverage customer data and analytics to deliver personalized content and interactions, improving engagement, satisfaction, and conversion rates.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and integration of omnichannel initiatives.Technology & Platform Management
Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of engagement platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, chatbots) to support omnichannel efforts.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement rates, customer retention, and ROI. Use insights to refine strategies and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Digital Marketing is must.
Proven track record in managing omnichannel campaigns across digital and offline platforms, is highly preferrable.
