Job Purpose: To achieve sales targets of Payroll Contracts ,NTB accounts, Accounts Documents Fulfilment , cross sell assets products and motivate other sales staff to achieve their goals in addition to assisting head of payroll with handling performance issues.
Accountabilities:
Acquire NTB payroll companies and close deals with companies referred from other departments such as Corporate, SMEs & FI departments.
2. Cross sell Assets products to new to bank and existing payroll accounts.
3. Handle relations with current payroll companies and responsible for increasing penetration rates for existing payroll accounts.
4. Handling complaints and ensure that the complains are resolved with the required SLA
5. Ensure that the existing payroll companies has been visited at least once per quarter.
6. Prepare and present the payroll proposition for new companies.
7. Responsible for updating and developing the payroll offers that is offered to companies based on the company’s category
8. Maintain payroll guidelines by developing and updating new policies and procedures
9. Responsible to develop and enhance workflows related to payroll business
10. Ensure that payroll documents are fulfilled with in the SLA required
11. Prepare monthly performance presentation to be presented to senior management
12. Train newly joined payroll RMs
Education
• Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
Knowledge:
• Communication skills
• Sales techniques and processes
• Relationship & Portfolio Management
• Bank Products , services & operation knowledge
• Good command in English language spoken & written
• Presentation skills
• Local market, locations, potential partners
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years banking experience
• Minimum 7 years experience in payroll
• Direct sales or Branches network experience
• Handling partner relationships with external parties
