Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic People Experience Associate specializing in Employee Relations to join our People team. This role is responsible for supporting a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations cases, conducting HR investigations, addressing employee grievances, and contributing to engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong passion for people advocacy and operational excellence.

- Employee Relations & Investigations
Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution matters.
- Conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, or policy violations.
- Document and track all casework accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Employee Support & Case Management
Advise employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to workplace issues.
- Facilitate the resolution of workplace disputes, coaching employees and leaders towards positive outcomes.
- Escalate complex cases to senior HR leadership as necessary, providing detailed case summaries.
- Employee Engagement & Experience
Support the execution of engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee well-being, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Contract Renewals Validation
Review and validate cases of employee non-renewals and partial renewals to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal policies.
- Confirm the justification and approval of non-renewal and partial renewal decisions in alignment with company guidelines.
- Policy Awareness & Training
Assist in delivering training sessions or information workshops on workplace respect, grievance processes, and employee rights.
- Promote awareness and accessibility of HR policies, encouraging a transparent and respectful work environment.
- HR Operations Support
Maintain accurate employee records related to ER cases, grievances, and outcomes.
- Generate monthly reports summarizing case metrics and trends to support data-driven improvements.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within People Experience workflows.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on employee relations, engagement, or HR investigations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Proficient Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee rights and workplace investigations.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a people-first approach.
