Job Title: People Services Specialist
Hiring Manager: Multi-Country Employee Lifecycle Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Purpose:
People Services Specialist responsible for comprehensive employee lifecycle management including hiring, contracting, and onboarding processes. Manages social insurance compliance (Form 2), fixed-term contract renewals, and OneSupport request follow-up. Provides critical support for departmental projects and functions as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the India HUB, ensuring seamless coordination of people services across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Hiring Process:
• Following up the on boarding process for new hires
• Creating Workday profile for the newly hired employees comply with our Golden rules
• Collect the Hiring documents from selected candidates
• Preparing the Employment contracts for selected candidates
• Ensure that social insurance form 1 for new hires to social insurance
• Responsible for the mandatory orientation sessions for all new hires
• Organizing with the third-party company (IBS) to sign the employment contract for the contractors
• Ensure sending email to the security team to be able to issue the access cards for newly hired
employees
Form 2 Submission
• Prepare and submit social insurance form 2 on yearly basis & keep closely follow up with the
stakeholder until all the employees reflect in the social insurance with right value .
Personnel Employees Filing:
• Ensure that we have all valid required hiring documents in the employee folder
• Ensure that all personnel files sorted and updated
• Ensure that a soft copy of all hiring documents is attached to the employee’s profile in WD.
Payroll Data Collection
• Compile and submit monthly reports of new hires (both internal and external) to the T2P team
About the Job
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports of terminated employees (both internal and external) to the T2P team
• Submit monthly headcount reports.
• Send overtime documentation for IA employees
• Submit bank account information received from the Treasury team.
• Submit Compensation Change report.
Contract Renewal
• Develop and implement an efficient contract renewal process by collecting feedback from direct
managers via email, validating approvals with P&C, and informing employees to collect their renewed contracts.
• Support Manager to initiate the Job Change action on workday.
Offboarding Process:
• Ensure that social insurance form 6 to the social insurance authority
• Ensure moving the departures Employee’s folders to the archive room
• Closing remining Annual leaves Ticket through one support .
Others:
• Continuous Improvement and Collaboration with Global Projects
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Abide by the requirements of the code of ethics including but not restricted to maintain high
professional standards of conduct in line with company procedures with a duty of care to the reputation of the company

JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Relevant bachelor's degree
Related Experience:
+3 years of relevant experience (personnel)
Workday experience is a plus
regional experience is preferred
