A Day in the Life
As the Plant Budget Controller, you’ll report to the Plant Finance Director and lead a small team while collaborating cross-functionally with departments like Operations, Supply Chain, and HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial excellence in one of L’Oréal’s key manufacturing hubs.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual plant budget and prepare regular forecasts, incorporating actual results and business trends.
Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual expenses and budget/forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to ensure efficient spending and identify opportunities for optimization.
Reporting & Financial Modeling: Prepare performance reports, develop financial models, and communicate insights to management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance budgeting and cost control processes.
