- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the software's capabilities and advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effectively positioning products to potential clients.
- Assist in crafting technical proposals and responding to RFPs to highlight the solution's alignment with customer needs.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback for product enhancement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings while keeping abreast of industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on software features and benefits to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Prepare and maintain demo environments to deliver hands-on experiences for prospective clients.
- Act as a technical advisor, offering insights on integration capabilities and system architecture.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events as a software expert and representative of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or related roles within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, architecture, and integration processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to present and articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on relationship building.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and presentations.
