Role Overview
We’re hiring a versatile *Sales & Presales Software Consultant* with hands-on experience in *Odoo, **ERPNext, and **POS systems*. This hybrid role combines business development with technical advisory, enabling you to lead full-cycle engagements—from prospecting to demo delivery and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify B2B leads across retail, hospitality, and service sectors
- Present tailored ERP/POS solutions to decision-makers
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing models, and ROI projections
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and clarity
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements
- Configure and demo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) and POS workflows
- Customize sandbox environments using Odoo and ERPNext
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and scope
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in B2B software sales or presales
- Proven experience with *Odoo ERP, **ERPNext, and **POS systems* (e.g., POS Awesome, TMBill)
- Strong understanding of business workflows in retail, F&B, and service industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
