Job Summary:
Spacetoon Education is looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of educational content projects. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between creative, academic, and production teams, ensuring deadlines are met, communication flows effectively, and project goals align with our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day activities across departments to support timely project execution.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
Schedule and facilitate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders (IDs, Creatives, E-Learning, QA) to relay updates and requirements.
Support documentation processes such as content outlines, status reports, and production sheets.
Assist in identifying project risks or bottlenecks and escalate to the Project Manager as needed.
Monitor quality standards by ensuring content passes through the correct review steps (ID, design, QA, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external partners when needed.
Help maintain smooth file management and version control across collaborative platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
2–4 years of experience in a project coordination or production support role, preferably in media, e-learning, or creative content.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of educational content or animation production is a plus.
