Job Description
The Project Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering education and innovation projects across San3a Tech’s portfolio. This includes STEM education initiatives, digital fabrication programs, and community-driven development projects. The Project Lead will ensure that project activities are implemented effectively, within budget and timelines, while fostering collaboration with internal teams, partners, and donors. The role requires adaptability, as assignments will vary depending on organizational priorities and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day management, supervision, and professional guidance for assigned projects.
Develop and refine project work plans, goals, and objectives in line with the organization’s mission and strategic vision.
Lead the end-to-end execution of education, innovation, and capacity-building programs, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, trainers, hub coordinators, and community partners, to ensure program quality and impact.
Supervise and support project staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of program delivery.
Manage relationships with schools, community organizations, donors, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and sustainability.
Prepare and present comprehensive progress and financial reports to internal leadership, donors, and partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
Manage and track project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and expenditures remain within approved limits.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, organizational policies, and relevant regulations.
Contribute to the design of new initiatives and support the rollout of innovative, community-led programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience managing large-scale educational or development projects, preferably in STEM, innovation, or community development.
Strong background in project cycle management, including planning, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting.
Experience working with international donors, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Familiarity with STEM/STEAM education, Maker Education, or digital fabrication is a strong asset.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and donor reporting.
