About the Role
As a Regional Recruiter, you will be on the front line of sourcing, assessing, and nurturing candidates for Sirius Support’s 5,000-agent global talent database. You will specialize in high-volume recruitment while supporting the Regional Recruitment Lead in delivering market insights and engaging the talent pool.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, local recruitment channels, and community partnerships.
- Conduct initial screening and skills-based assessments.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM with accuracy.
Assessment Support
- Run standardized tests (language, technical, situational).
- Provide recommendations to Regional Lead on candidate readiness and tiering.
Candidate Engagement
- Support outreach programs (email campaigns, talent community groups).
- Keep candidates informed and engaged when not on active assignments.
Market Intelligence
- Gather feedback from candidates on salary expectations and hiring trends.
- Contribute insights to quarterly regional reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment, ideally in customer service, BPO, or high-volume hiring. Open to people without specific recruitment experience if they have strong customer service experience
- Skills:
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
- Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of candidates.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems.
- Other:
- Fluency in English plus local/regional language(s).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Success Metrics
- Sourcing volume and pipeline growth in line with regional targets.
- Candidate assessment completion rates.
- Candidate satisfaction and engagement scores.
- Accuracy and consistency in ATS/CRM updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: E£38,000.00 - E£42,000.00 per month
