We're seeking a Recruitment Admin Intern to join our team in Cairo Festival City, New Cairo, for a 3-month internship. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth assessment process for our candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to candidates during their assessment phases with our clients.
- Guide candidates through assessment platforms and procedures.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues candidates may encounter during assessments.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure they have all necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and assessment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline the assessment process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Must be a resident of New Cairo, Nasr City, or Zahraa El Maadi.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3 months
- Working Days: 4 days a week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
- Location: Cairo Festival City, New Cairo
- Salary Range: 5,000 - 7,000 EGP
