Job Description:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Screening applicants and filtering.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Preferably a female
- Hands-on experience in recruiting fluent English speakers for call centers/telemarketing agencies is a must.
- University graduates.
- 1 - 3 years of experience.
- Age limit is 30
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ready to join immediately.
