The Recruiter Specialist will play a key role in building a strong and diverse workforce for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Full Lifecycle Recruitment:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and required skills and qualifications.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Write and post compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Guide candidates through the interview process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Administer assessments and other evaluation tools as needed.
- Conduct thorough reference checks.
- Prepare and extend offers of employment, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing and Talent Pooling:
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track progress.
- Network and build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent and build employer branding.
- Explore and implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach a diverse talent pool.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and talent strategy.

Data and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire).
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Employer Branding:
- Act as an ambassador for the company brand during the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the full lifecycle recruitment process.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proficient in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
