Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Account Manager to manage post-sale client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and growth. The ideal candidate will be the key liaison between the client and our technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
- Track client satisfaction and conduct regular check-ins.
- Act as the point of contact for client communications.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to deliver client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in IT.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
