Position: Sales Intern
Duties:
· Assist in identifying potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, and company databases.
· Compile lead lists and help in qualifying prospects based on industry, size, and need.
· Support the sales team in sending emails, scheduling calls, and following up with leads.
· Update lead and client information in the company’s CRM system.
· Help create and organize sales materials such as presentations, proposals, and product brochures.
· Assist in drafting simple quotations or follow-up messages.
· Join sales calls or demos (as an observer or note-taker) to learn about the sales process.
· Help schedule meetings and prepare documents or presentations for client sessions.
· Assist in gathering data on competitors and software trends.
· Support in analyzing customer feedback and market behavior.
· Shadow senior sales specialists to understand the full sales cycle.
· Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration Marketing Information Technology or any related field
· No prior experience required, but internships, student activities, or volunteer work in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
· Familiarity with software or SaaS industry is a bonus
· Familiarity with CRM tools
· Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools
· Good communication and interpersonal skills S
· trong eagerness to learn and take feedback
· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
· Fluent in English (spoken and written)
