This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide expert-level support for existing SAP SD functionalities.
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD related issues.
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD processes.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SAP SD.
- Work with various SD functionalities like Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, Availability Check, Credit Management, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes.
- Expertise in master data management (MDM) within SAP SD.
- Experience with SAP SD sub-modules.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging and basic programming is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
