On behalf of one of our partners, a fast-growing cosmetics e-commerce platform and newly launched beauty brand, Pipeline Gurus is hiring a Senior Account Manager – E-commerce. This is a pivotal role for someone who can combine account management, commercial strategy, and revenue growth, aligning marketing, product, and operations to deliver impactful, customer-centric results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the commercial roadmap for the e-commerce platform and beauty brand
- Plan and manage monthly promotions, sales peaks, and quarterly calendars
- Align inventory, pricing, marketing, and operations to deliver profitable offerings
- Set and track monthly and seasonal revenue targets with clear forecasts
- Manage seller and brand partner relationships, including onboarding and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate restocking, revenue projections, and product range planning
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products (such as perfumes) and commercial moments
- Write and update homepage banners, landing pages, pop-ups, and campaign copy
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back)
- Segment users by purchase behavior and lifecycle stage, tracking LTV and retention metrics
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with tech and design teams on platform updates and customer experience improvements
- Plan and coordinate special discounts, bundles, and seasonal gift offers
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, commercial, or e-commerce roles (beauty or consumer brands a plus)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, promotions, and revenue growth
- Experience managing brand relationships, negotiations, and revenue targets
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills for campaigns and commercial messaging
- Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable commercial strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
