Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in different industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the software/IT industry.” B2B business development or enterprise sales”
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and closing large B2B deals.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, and/or digital services.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Experience selling to regional or global enterprises.
- Knowledge of B2B procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
- Exposure to custom software solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.
