· Website Management: Ensure our website is optimized for user experience, search engines, and conversion, keeping content fresh, relevant, and compelling.
· Content Marketing: Develop and implement a robust content marketing calendar, including articles, blogs, videos, and visual assets that highlight our cruises, destinations, and exceptional service.
· Online Advertising (PPC/SEM): Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across relevant platforms to drive targeted traffic and direct bookings.
· Online Travel Agent (OTA) Management: Strategically manage our listings and promotions on platforms like Expedia and Booking.com to maximize visibility and conversions.
· Online Customer Interactions: Actively monitor and engage with online reviews, comments, and inquiries across all digital touchpoints, ensuring timely and effective communication.
· Public Communications: Draft and distribute compelling communications, including press releases and public statements, to enhance brand image and media relations.
· Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve KPIs.
· Guest Feedback Leverage: Work closely with operational teams to understand guest feedback and integrate it into digital marketing and communication strategies to enhance the guest journey and brand perception.
Requirements
-minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Digital Marketing and Communications role within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry or service-based sector.-Fluent in both Arabic and English
· Digital Expertise: Solid working understanding and hands-on experience with:
o Social media management platforms and strategies.
o Online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
o Managing and optimizing listings on Online Travel Agent (OTA) platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com).
o Website content management systems.
o Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance.
· Problem-Solving & Proactivity: An exceptional ability to creatively find workarounds for obstacles and achieve desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through innovative solutions. You must be proactive and solution-oriented.
