About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and take the lead on a prominent healthcare account in Saudi Arabia. The role is remote but requires full-time dedication, aligned with Saudi business hours. You will collaborate with a wider creative and digital team to execute campaigns, manage daily operations, and drive engagement across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and others)
- Develop and schedule engaging content in collaboration with the creative team
- Write captions and support content creation as needed
- Oversee community management: respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the audience in real-time
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithm changes to adapt content and strategy
- Participate in virtual team meetings and client updates as required
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports including KPIs, insights, and recommendations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands (preferably in healthcare or Gulf region markets)
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align content with brand goals
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of engagement tactics, content planning, and digital storytelling
- Experience in analytics and reporting
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Saudi culture, tone, and audience behavior is a strong plus

Compensation:
