- Monitor and manage our social media pages and groups (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Engage with followers, answer questions, and moderate discussions to ensure a positive learning environment
- Assist in the execution of online training campaigns and virtual course launches
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, email, and CRM systems
- Collect feedback and report on learner satisfaction and engagement
- Work closely with marketing, content, and training teams to improve learner experience
