Job Description
Role Summary
This role will manage end to end Travel desk support on a range of all travel activities, managing, negotiating, playing a key role for travel desk team and deliver good travel experience to the employees, etc.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Assist employees in making travel arrangements internationally and domestically to include hotel and car rentals.
- Secured reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up when necessary, to complete the reservation
- Advised the employees on destinations and made arrangements for transportation, accommodations, car rentals
- Completed travel arrangements and related services for employees including air, hotel and car at lowest possible fares to maximize revenue
- Provided advice about visas or passports, verified that all travel arrangements are confirmed prior to departure
- Follow all company policies and procedures to assure accurate travel arrangements for employees.
- Coordinated and made professional, accurate and cost-effective travel arrangements for the employees
- Provided outstanding customer service by assisting with on-line flight bookings and hotel reservations
- Calculate rates and introduce a high volume of savings
- Maintained and excellent track record for effectively managing and growing corporate accounts
- Handled all related admin/personnel & accounting issues with regards to air travel eligibility for reimbursement
- Ensure to keep the travel cost within the budget
