What’s On Your Plate?
Validate schedule for Content Specialists, maintain reports, and manage schedule changes.
Keep track of daily attendance, overtime, sick leaves, and other types of leave and maintain a timesheet.
Track content team performance on a daily basis to ensure SL & quality targets are met.
Monitor content leaders’ performance and overall team KPIs.
POC with all countries in case of any project.
Manage internal & external communication.
Provide periodic reports on performance.
What Did We Order?
A Bachelor's degree.
2-3 years of full-time professional experience in the content field or call center is a MUST.
2 years of experience as a supervisor/ team leader is a must.
Capability of using Microsoft Office products.
