We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle for all employee levels— blue and white collars —across Flexible and Fiber operations in Egypt. This includes workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring in alignment with the company’s business needs.
In addition to recruitment, the role will oversee onboarding activities in accordance with the Global Onboarding Program, ensuring a smooth integration for new hires. The specialist will also coordinate development plan actions follow-up, support the performance evaluation process for direct employees in collaboration with the L&D team, and actively contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all functions (blue and white collars), ensuring alignment with workforce planning and business needs.
Oversee the onboarding process in line with our global onboarding program to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Support the implementation and follow-up of development plans for employees, in coordination with the L&D team.
Coordinate and support the performance evaluation process for direct employees in line with the company’s HR calendar.
Drive employer branding initiatives through internal and external platforms to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
Partner with line managers to define job requirements and support sourcing strategies.
Build a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and headhunting techniques.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor law, and internal procedures throughout all recruitment and onboarding steps.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry is required.
Solid experience in hiring blue-collar workers is essential.
Strong understanding of Egypt labor market and recruitment channels.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
A resident of October 6 City or Giza is preferred.
