Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and create job descriptions
- Conduct reference checks and manage the offer process
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting
- Enhance candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Tagaddod as an employer of choice
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and innovative sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
